Timeline & Update

Hello All:

I have been busy trying to put together a general timeline with tasks to achieve by certain dates for the whole conference. So each subcommittee including this youth one will have to try to come up with a general plan so we can plan who is doing what by when . . . the beauty of grassroots community organizing, we all have to do something or the conference will not happen.

The budget looks good. Hopefully, we can have our costs worked out so that we can try to raise the money for the conference. As one of the Co-Chairs for the conference we are trying to get the budget done by the end of the week.

I am also working on Content/Programming for the whole conference and we are in the process of putting out a call for proposals soon.

I am also volunteering to try to raise money to get as many youth as possible to both our summit and NCTOH.

I sang at a Wedding last week to earn the money for my entrance fee; at least lesbians can still profit from those who with the privileges and rights to Marry in this country.
